msec™ cloud uses an anti-spam engine that utilizes proprietary AI / Deep Learning technology.A method to detect spam emails independently of signatures, achieving excellent detection rates regardless of existing or new types of threat. What's more, it also uses IP reputation, domain reputation and sender domain restriction to further block spam mails.
Web Security
The high-precision URL filter prevents unauthorized access and writing to unauthorized sites, and improves work efficiency by preventing information leakage and virus infection and private use.In addition, access to C & C sites can be prohibited and unauthorized program downloads can be blocked, the security won't be compromised.

Reduce the risk of information leakage by automating complicated file encryption and password transmission.
②Temporary Hold
By storing sent mail in Matrix Insight for a fixed time, you can cancel sending process if it is within the set time.
③Supervisory Approval
The superintendent checks the sent email, and stops the email sending that leads to false transmission and information leakage. If the supervisor can not approve on a business trip etc., it is possible to transfer the authority in advance.

Search and track personal information such as name, address etc. included in sent mail. Prevent the leakage of confidential information.
